The HPTLC-Densitometer CD60<\/strong> includes the know-how of more than 20 years experience and the current state of the art. A PC serves as interface between the user and the CD60 and controls all functions of the densitometer. It is equipped for absorbency and fluorescence measurements in reflectance and transmittance on objects with dimensions up to 265 x 200 x 4 mm.<\/p>\n

Three light sources are provided: a deuterium lamp (190 \u2013 340 nm), a halogen lamp (340 \u2013 900 nm) as well as a mercury lamp. The usable spectral range extends from 190 to 900 nm whereby the monochromator, the lamps and the filters are automatically switched over. The size of the scanning light beam can also be adjusted by the PC. Slit widths from 0.4 to 10 mm and slit heights from 20 \u00b5m to 2 mm are possible. There are many application possibilities in conjunction with the software ProQuant. This extraordinary software operating under Windows 10 is also easy to use by those without computer experience, so that its use can be learned in very short time. The software Proquant of the HPTLC-Densitometer CD60 takes on the informations from the\u00a0HPTLC-Applicator AS30<\/a>\u00a0software<\/p>\n

A PC is used to control absorption<\/strong> and fluorescence<\/strong> measurements in transmission and remission.<\/p>\n

Both detectors are part of the basic equipment.<\/p>\n

An additional reference photomultiplier<\/strong> measures the light intensity of the active lamp and automatically adjusts sensitivity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There are three integrated light sources: a deuterium lamp<\/strong>, a halogen lamp<\/strong> and a mercury lamp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Highly efficient for trace detection, it identifies unknown molecules by comparing them with pre-recorded spectra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Used in conjunction with Biostep’s ProQuant software<\/strong>, this densitometer is suitable for a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n

The densitometer-computer<\/strong> combination enables chromatograms to be processed and results to be recorded easily, securely and in compliance with GLP <\/strong>standards.<\/p>\n

This guarantees reproducible<\/strong> results and reliable<\/strong> data.<\/p>\n

It can be fitted with optional ProValid<\/strong> software for validation and Spectracalc<\/strong> software for spectra and molecule quantification from pre-recorded calibration curves.<\/p>\n

The optional Proquant 21 module<\/a> module enables the CD60 Densitometer to comply with the CF21 Part 11 standard.<\/p>\n
