Standard 200×200 mm TLC chamber with knob lid<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the separation chamber that has accompanied thin layer chromatography throughout the world since its introduction, and has proved its worth hundreds of thousands of times.<\/p>\n

The 200x200mm standard TLC chamber with button lid is used for TLC plates up to 200 x 200 mm.<\/p>\n

The special features of this separation chamber are the flat flange edge and the grooved chamber bottom. The glass knob cover seals the separation chamber. A simple glass cover is also available.<\/p>\n

After the sample and\/or standard has been applied, the separation process takes place to uncover the components of the applied substances. To achieve this objective, the separation chambers must meet several requirements:
\n– They must contain the mobile phase and feed it to the absorbent layer.
\n– They must be fitted with a hermetically sealed lid to ensure that the gas compartment can be saturated with solvent vapour if necessary (working with chamber saturation).
\n– The front of the solvent must be visible, hence the importance of a transparent material.
\n– The material must be chemically resistant and easy to clean.<\/p>\n

The Standard 200×200 mm TLC chamber with knob lid <\/strong>\u00a0meets all these requirements.<\/p>\n
