With this appliance, you can obtain a uniform heating temperature across the entire surface of the plate.
The temperature range is between 25 and 199°C.
A thermostat maintains the displayed temperature at +/- 0.5°.
The temperature rise takes around 3 minutes to reach 150°C. 220V 60Hz
